The Partner Programme, in writing.

The IMPT Partner Programme grants a non-transferable commercial licence to promote and operate IMPT services within a defined territory. It is not a share, security, investment product, franchise, or guaranteed-income product. There is one Partner per territory.

"IMPT" means the platform operated by AI Tokenomics Ltd, including hotel bookings, flights, shopping, vouchers, B2B travel, AI agents, retail network, and the carbon retirement programme.

The Partner is an independent operator. The Partner promotes and operates IMPT in the territory, may localise marketing using approved materials, and may originate retailer, B2B, and end-customer relationships. The Partner is not an employee, agent, or franchisee of AI Tokenomics Ltd.

Earnings are limited to a revenue share on real business the Partner personally creates. Country Partners earn 50% of IMPT margin they create. Regional Partners earn 25% of IMPT margin they create. No earnings are paid for recruiting other Partners.

A minimum performance schedule applies (launch milestones, monthly activity floors, minimum localisation standards). Failure to meet the schedule may result in suspension or, after cure periods and written notice, termination of the territory licence.

1. I understand I am receiving a commercial licence to promote and operate IMPT services in my territory. I am not buying a country, region, business, shares or ownership interest.
2. I understand this is not an investment, security or guaranteed-income opportunity.
3. I understand this is not a franchise.
4. I understand earnings are not guaranteed and depend on the real business I personally generate.
5. I understand I am not paid for recruiting other partners.
6. I agree to use IMPT-approved materials and make no misleading income or investment claims.
7. I understand I am responsible for my own taxes, local laws and required permissions.
8. I confirm I had the opportunity to seek independent legal or financial advice.
9. I agree to the Partner Licence Agreement and applicable schedules.

AI Tokenomics Ltd processes personal data submitted by Partners in line with applicable data protection law. Partner-originated customer data is processed under a Data Processing Addendum forming part of the Partner Licence Agreement.

If suitability or KYC checks do not pass, the licence fee is refunded in full and the territory returns to the pool. After the Partner Licence Agreement is countersigned and the territory is assigned, the licence fee is non-refundable, subject to statutory rights and the cancellation terms in the Agreement.

The full Partner Licence Agreement is provided during checkout and re-issued by email for countersignature. It is the binding contractual document. By signing, the Partner accepts the Agreement and the acknowledgements above.
